What this site collects
This site does not use accounts, advertising trackers, or customer databases. The only information collected is what you choose to type into the inquiry form: your name, business name, email, business type, an optional link, and the description of the problem you want help understanding.
Please do not send sensitive data
Do not submit confidential customer records, payment or card information, medical information, passwords, API keys, or personally identifying information about your customers through the general inquiry form. If a diagnostic requires that kind of material, it will be handled separately under an agreed arrangement.
How your inquiry is used
What you send is used to understand your question and respond with a useful next step. It is not sold, shared for advertising, or published. Illustrative examples on this site are hypothetical and are not drawn from client work.
